    1. Requirements
      • All Town of Reading Employees or Volunteers must complete the following by end of December of each even year
      • Any new Employees or Volunteers must complete the following within 30 days of appointment
      • Receive a copy of the Open Meeting Law Guidelines if involved with a Board, Committee, Commission and Council
      • Receive a copy of the Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law for Municipal Employees and Volunteers
      • Complete the Online Training Program and provide a copy of the Completion Certificate to the Town Clerk
