This 3-story project contains 20 rental units, 4 of which are deed-restricted Affordable units at 50% AMI. The project was approved in July 2017 and occupied in 2020.

The Metropolitan at Reading Station (Reading Village) – 35 Lincoln Street

This 4-story project contains 68 apartments, 17 of which are deed-restricted Affordable units at 80% AMI. The project was approved in February 2017 and occupied in 2020. 


Eaton Lakeview – 118 Eaton Street

This two-part development includes 12 Townhouse Units in Phase 1, 3 of which are Affordable and were occupied in 2022. The second phase of development will include 74 rental units, 22 of which are Affordable, and construction is expected to begin in 2023.
