Building inspections are Monday through Thursday morning starting at 8:30 and Friday starting at 7:00 AM. The licensed contractor/ applicant must be present at inspections.
The building permit must be picked up before scheduling an inspection. The electrical and plumbing permit must be issued before scheduling an inspection.

- Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM
You need to call the electrical inspector (781-942-6614) or plumbing/gas inspector (781-942-6615) directly to schedule a morning inspection. There are no electrical, plumbing or gas inspections on Friday.
