The Community Planning and Development Commission (CPDC) received an application for Definitive Subdivision Plan proposed at 92 Sanborn Lane. The proposal is to construct a new roadway with cul-de-sac as proposed Mariano Drive. A total of 3 lots will be created. The existing site contains a single family home on a 3 acre site. The project is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act and is under review with the Reading Conservation Commission.
The CPDC closed the public hearing on May 19th. The CPDC voted to approve the proposed subdivision on June 9, 2014.
