The Human Resources Division manages the personnel and benefit functions of the Town. These include:

  • formulating and implementing personnel policies,
  • employee relations,
  • support for collective bargaining,
  • wages and salaries administration,
  • recruitment,
  • monitoring workers' compensation,
  • administration of job related police and fire injuries,
  • benefits administration for Town and School employees and retirees,
  • overseeing unemployment benefits, and
  • managing personnel records.
