To file a claim for damages to your vehicle or property damage you should send a letter indicating what happened, where it happened and when it happened, along with copies of any estimates or receipts to: Paula Schena, Office Manager, 16 Lowell Street, Reading, MA 01867 or email at pschena@ci.reading.ma.us Please note that the claim must be filed within 30 days of the incident.
Once this information is received it will be sent to the Town's insurance company - Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Agency (MIIA) and you will hear from them within 30 days.
