This course is designed specifically for adults who have had very little to no exposure to martial arts training. We will cover some of the basics of traditional and modern mixed martial arts. This program will consist of 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing and 30 minutes of core and toning. Please bring an exercise mat with you.

Session 2: Wednesdays, February 23rd - March 30th
Session 3: Wednesdays, April 6th - May 11th
Session 4: Wednesdays, May 18th - June 22nd
