Meet Officer James Collins, our newest Community Service Officer. Officer Collins is a dedicated police officer of the Reading Police Department and a veteran of 23 years. He has many specialties but recently he has been appointed Community Service Officer for the Town of Reading. As the C.S.O., Jim will coordinate and facilitate all police related functions and programs as they relate to community policing.
