Zoning Map Update - Annual Town Meeting, April 2013

Article 23 seeks to approve a new official zoning map which reflects errors and/or omissions in the digital versions of the zoning map. The Article also proposes to update Section 3.2 "Zoning Map" of the Reading Zoning By-Laws to reflect the new official zoning map. The Public Hearing is scheduled for April 8, 2013 at 7:30PM with the CPDC. The hearing will take place in the Selectmen's Meeting here in Town Hall.
Zoning Amendment - Special Town Meeting, April 2013
Click here to view Article 4 of the Special Town Meeting Warrant. Article 4 proposes amendments to Section 4.3.1.4 of the Reading Zoning By-Laws. Section 4.3.1.4 outlines the Special Permit requirements for Nursing Homes in the S-20 residential district. Click here to view the current zoning for Section 4.3.1.4.
