Fee:
Ages 65 and older – No cost, but you must bring your insurance/Medicare card
Ages 64 and under – $10
Be sure to wear short sleeves and bring your insurance cards
IMPORTANT!! All residents who are receiving seasonal flu vaccine for
the first time should inform the nurse prior to getting vaccinated.
