TETANUS & PNEUMONIA SHOTS WILL BE GIVEN THIS YEAR
9 years old or older
RMHS Field House Saturday, November 15th 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Ø Please wear short sleeved shirts
Ø Flu, Flu-mist, and Pneumonia: $10 fee
Ø Tetanus: $5 fee
Ø NO COST TO THOSE 65 YEARS OLD OR OLDER, but please bring your Medicare B and/or Insurance Card
Age 65 and older only
Killam School Wednesday, November 19th 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Ø Please wear short sleeved shirts
Ø Please bring your Medicare B and/or Insurance Card
Ø No cost
9 years old or older
Parker Middle School Thursday, December 4th 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Ø Please wear short sleeved shirts

If you fall into any of the following categories, the Reading Health Department strongly suggests you be immunized.
Those with chronic illness, heart disease, lung , kidney, diabetes, cancer
Those with compromised immune systems
Those on aspirin therapy
