Volunteers have the RIGHT:
 to a clear description of the job to be done to be treated as a co-worker to suitable and meaningful assignments to know about the organization, policy and programs to guidance and direction to proper working conditions to promotions, awards and a variety of experiences to be heard - - to have a part in planning and responsibility
Volunteers have the RESPONSIBILITY:
 to be considerate, respect others, work as a team to accept assignments within their capabilities to fulfill commitments to follow codes and guidelines to decline work where biases will interfere to respect/observe confidences to use time wisely and not interfere with the work of others to communicate any issues and concerns to not accept tips to accept donations for the shopping program and give them to the Elder/Human Services staff at town hall
