Reading Housing Authority has ten (10) units of State family housing, located in Reading. The application is only for these specific units in Reading. Eligibility is not mobile or transferable to any other housing. If selected you must live in these units.
Current income limits for two people is $51,550, three $58,000, four $64,400, five $69,600, six $74,750.
Because of the long wait list for State family housing we have included only a preliminary application to determine eligibility for the list. No documentation is needed at time of application. Copies, facsimiles or emails of completed applications will not be accepted.
