Oaktree Development was granted a Site Plan Review Decision on September 13th 2010 from the CPDC. The approved application included first floor commercial with three floors of residential (53 units) and an underground private parking garage.
UPDATE:
Construction continues on the Oaktree Development at 30 Haven Street. The building permit was issued on November 3, 2011 and placement of the modular units is complete. The exterior building materials are in the process of being installed.
Oaktree Development was approved for minor modifications to the first floor plan to accomodate future commercial/retail tenancy. The approved floor plan can be viewed here.
Modifications to the building facade were approved by the CPDC in March 2012. These modifications include changes in window frame color and a minor alteration in the doorway treatments. Click here to view the changes.

Oaktree's density waiver request to have more than the 20 units per acre as allowed by-right in the zoning to have 73 units per acre (56 residential units) was approved on June 14th by the CPDC.
