10-12 Pierce Street
A new developer has taken ownership of 10-12 Pierce Street and is proposing to complete the project which was previously approved by the CPDC. A building permit has not been issued, but it is anticipated the owner will file for the permit shortly.

CPDC PUBLIC HEARING
On May 9th, 2011, the CPDC approved the proposal for 8 townhouses for the property addressed at 10 Pierce Street (Assessor’s Map 22, Lot 273) the former Samuel Pierce Organ Pipe Factory. A copy of the application and associated plans are available by clicking the links below and in the Community Services Department in Town Hall, Monday–Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Tuesdays from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
