Johnson Woods, Phase II
Preliminary PUD Plan Approval
On November 7, 2011, the CPDC opened the Public Hearing for the Johnson Woods Phase II Planned Unit Development project. The CPDC closed the Public Hearing on December 8th and voted to approve the Preliminary PUD Plans. The Applicant, Johnson Woods Realty Corporation, is proposing to construct 127 dwelling units which will include one single-family house, 15 townhouses and 111 flat-style condominiums. The townhouses will be 2 and 3 stories and the flats will be three stories high. Over six acres of the site will provide for new plantings, tree preservation, open areas, trails and an outdoor fitness course.
